No stairs…only 1 elevator

Very centrally located; right next to Myeongdong shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Also a very quick walk to several other places in Seoul or several public transportation stops. The airport limousine bus also picks up/drops off just around the corner.

Location

Perfect location for tourist especially if you like to explore myeongdong. There’s convenience store and restaurants nearby.

The shower area doesn’t have a partition, so water spills onto the floor near the toilet. The bath mat doesn’t really help, and the shower curtain is too short, so water still splashes out and ends up soaking the area outside the shower.

Close to public transportation, good size bed

I could hear the street noise on the 5th floor, this room was right next to the elevator which also added noise, the hotel needs an update

check-in experience was pleasant, staff on duty was friendly and came out to help with my luggage (from drop off point to the reception lobby, which is up a flight of stairs). room was decent. hotel is located 1-2 min walk away from the train station, convenient to travel out of the area.

staff on duty during my check out was rude and dismissive, nonexistent customer service. it made me feel unwelcomed. i was struggling with 2 luggage right in front of him, with a drink and a bag of food in my hand because there was no space to put it down. the only space was the check-in counter. he ignored me completely - no help or acknowledgement offered. when i asked for help with the uber locations (because the addresses were in korean), i had to wait for him to reluctantly peel his eyes away from the computer screen while wearing a frown, making sure it was obvious that i was disturbing him. aircon function in the room was turned off, only heater available during the season, which made it uncomfortably warm.

Our room so hot no aircon conditioned due to cold weather. I have to ask if can you ask the hotel customer service if they had saw a small pouch brand lululemon black

Breakfast was amazing staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super tiny though so keep that in mind when your packing because our bags took up a lot of space

The location is excellent within shopping area and very close to Myeongdong Cathedral. Room is so small for a triple room and not as we were expecting. The front desk was very accommodating in our requests to have our breakfasts taken out due to early morning day tours. Except for the room, we consider our stay good.

Bigger room for a triple room!

Great location, it's surrounded by restaurants and street food. Also near the Lotte duty free. Basically can get everything nearby. Room is clean, staff is nice, breakfast is ok, changes few dishes everyday.

Well I didn't pay attention to the room size until I arrived, I booked room for 3 adults, we can't all moving in the room at the same time. The room is not cheap, similar experience in Singapore and Hongkong.Oh the breakfast is actually in another building, other time of the season is fine, in winter you know

Front desk: not very accommodatingAmenities: borrowing of plug socket - you need to pay 10,000 KRW for depositComplimentary Water - Inconsistent when giving out water daily. We stayed 6 nights and they only gave us free water on the 6th night. Room: We booked 2 rooms. Room 1 - can fit 3 - tight space, gloomy.Room 2 - can fit 2 - very warm. Aircon is automatically on but no wind. Bathroom:Shower head is not good. The pressure cannot be controlled so the when you turn it on, the shower head sprays up to the ceiling. Only 1 elevator for 8 floors.

The location is very convenient.

It’s a little outdated. Air conditioner was making loud noises. And hot water kept changing temp.

The location is so good that there are several subways and bus stops nearby and one of them will take you straight to Seoul station, there’s a small grocery shop where you can buy souvenirs, skincare shops are everywhere, big olive young less than 5min walk, and very delicious restaurant less than 1 min away that opens from 5a.m. called Yeji Sikdang where you can enjoy authentic Korean breakfast.The cleaning lady who always gave me warm smile and asked if I needed my room to be clean or if I needed more water bottles.

There was weird smell in my hallway.I found hair in my room, bathroom floor and other places and on top of that there were stains on the shower curtain and bath towel. No bed table.

Its in the heart of myeongdong, very accessible

Too small. Only 1 elevator. My daughter left her AirPod and they wouldn’t ship it to us. Only option for them to call a taxi to take it to the airport.

The hotel location good for eat and shopping. The Uber can pick in front of the hotel.

I booked a room size that was 213 ft, but the front desk gave me a tiny room. I guess the room will be around 150 ft. I just walk 1-2 steps and can already go to bed. There was no space to open luggage either. The front desk said no more rooms today to relocate. They said that they can relocate us to a slightly bigger room if I wanted to check out tomorrow before 12:00 pm and check in again at 3:00 pm. I told them I was just staying two nights and didn't really see a point in moving all my luggage to a different room for a day. This room was not worth it. (2 nights USD $379.57)The room was too hot and they only had a central heater and the hot air blew directly towards the head of the bed. I can't turn it lower. I called them on the phone and they said they can bring a fan.At checkout, the front desk gave me a facial mask for the small room size.
